Hello {{ first name | friends}},
It's time for our annual roundup of the best of the year on Sharon's Anti-Racism Newsletter. According to beehiiv's annual wrap up, I've written 102,000 words (almost 5,000 more than last year) across 115 posts.
Those posts gained 350.7k impressions, with an average open rate of 45.4%. Similarly to the reader survey data this year, beehiiv shows that the SARN readership is global: 84.8% US 6.4% UK 3.1% Canada 5.7% rest of the world.
As part of this analysis, beehiiv identified this year's top three posts by impressions:
Of course, I wanted to know more, so here are some other categories I looked at:

Supporters get access to the SARN Minis podcast, and though short, the episodes pack a punch, so it's no surprise that most of the popular content was from the podcast:
SARN - Top 5 Interviews in 2025
I believe in lifting others up so I'm always happy to feature founders, activists and creators who are redressing inequities. Here are the interviews you loved the most:
SARN - Top 5 Reviews in 2025
This is a bit of a swizz, as I only published five reviews this year, but you loved them. I'm delighted that Zeinab Badawi's book topped the list, as it's one of the most personally impactful books I've read in a while.

Perennially Popular
