Can the England Flag be "Reclaimed"? I Doubt It! - SARN Minis #74 Transcript

As I travelled around England in September 2025, I noticed something. A preponderance of St. George Cross flags, the flag that's the symbol of England, hanging at the front of different homes.

That always gives me pause.

As I explained to a friend racialised as white talking about reclaiming the flag, that symbol hits different for people walking in skin like mine, for people of the Global Majority, and for people from an oppressed identity.
