Another micro-aggression (which I get also, because English is my second language): "You speak pretty good English..." and the rest of the sentence hangs in the hair, or is actually said... "...for a black person...".

Sharon, it's exhausting just reading this. Travel is stressful enough--and you have to be perfectly coiffed and pleasant as well!
Sorry you have to go through all that, but, sadly, not surprised.
