An Update From Sharon November 2025
Hello friends,
The end of the year is fast approaching. As I look back over October, all I can think is: where did the time go?
On a personal note, a lot of the month was a waiting game, as various bits of news with implications for the future were pending. Thankfully, most of those have now been resolved in the ideal way, clearing the mental decks, at least.
Podcasts and Videos Galore
I did and planned a lot of podcasts during the month. I appeared on Lisa's Space to Exhale podcast for what must be the third or fourth time, and I'll be closing out her first season on November 25th. I recorded an episode for Carol Stewart’s Quietly Visible podcast, and that's due to be live in the middle of November. And I did a live event at the end of the month with Nikki St. Paul.
Just before the start of the month, I set myself a video challenge to record three videos every week in October. By the time this comes out I'll have met my goal. Right now, I'm cross-posting them to YouTube and LinkedIn, and I've also created some new YouTube playlists to match the different areas of my business. I'm not overthinking it right now, and I don't have a full content plan. Now that I have a few in the bank, and have posted about half of them, I'll probably cut down to two a week in November, and see what else I can do to improve my video creation and editing skills. I've also got one more video to do to meet my initial goal of 10 for What Sharon Said, so watch this space.
Introversion Content
Anti-racism will always be foundational for me, but as I mentioned last month, I'm also feeling called to support my fellow introverts. I have a whole plan which currently includes a masterclass in a couple of weeks, then a masterclass series, and then a small group support space which I'll launch soon. I have created a bunch of stuff to support this, including new podcast episodes, a framework, learning materials and more, but I think the most important thing, and the thing I do best, will be to hold that supportive introvert-friendly space. If you want to learn more, then reply to this email or message me wherever we're connected.
Also I am super excited about a secret thing for introverts happening early next year. It's too early to share details, but keep your eyes peeled.
